ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

  • Items can be returned within 21 DAYS of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be UNUSED, UNWASHED, and IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
  • Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect in the product.

RETURNS POLICY

  • Email our Customer Service team at info@la-belleleotards.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions, including the address for shipping the item back.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

RETURNS

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 WORKING DAYS.
  • Shipping costs from the original order are NON-REFUNDABLE.

EXCHANGES

We currently only offer exchanges for defective items. If you wish to exchange for a different item, please process a return and place a new order.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. We will cover shipping costs for returns of defective or incorrect items.
